Triangle Plugin ChangeLog ========================= Note: from v1.0.4, an expanded description of new features and fixes can be found in the Triangle help file, under the "Whats New?" page v1.2.0 (Mar 2024) ----------------- - Added support for Petrel 2024 v1.2.0 (Dec 2023) ----------------- - NOTE: Triangle objects saved in this version of the plugin may not load correctly in previous versions. See "Whats New" in help for more. - Added new CO2 calculation methods v1.1.2 (June 2023) ----------------- - Added support for Petrel 2023 v1.1.1 (Mar 2023) ----------------- - Additional fixes for shale beds rendering incorrectly in growth fault mode v1.1.0 (Aug 2022) ----------------- - Added support for Petrel 2022 - Restated support for Petrel 2018 - Added support for Gamma-ray (GR) logs - Added additional mouse bindings to match Petrel 2D window "Select" mode (MB2 pan, MB1+MB2 zoom) - Added TRI_LICENSE_FILE license environment variable as an alternative to placing a license file in the plugin directory - Fixed issue with shale beds rendering incorrectly - Panning the Triangle window now shows the correct cursor shape - Transmissibility multiplier fault zone thickness option was not saved after clicking OK/Apply in the Triangle Settings dialog v1.0.6 (Mar 2022) ----------------- - Added academic licensing support - Contour label background color is now set correctly - FlexLM server kit distributed with the plugin has been updated to 11.18.2 v1.0.5 (Feb 2022) ----------------- - Added support for Petrel 2021 - Dropped support for Petrel 2018 v1.0.4 (Dec 2020) ----------------- - Added support for Petrel 2020 - Dropped support for Petrel 2017 - Permeability log is now shown using a logarithmic scale, with an option in the Triangle window settings to switch back to the previous linear scale - Added new plot windows supporting attribute cross-plot, throw connectivity plot and cumulative frequency plot. - Added an option on the contextual toolbar to save the Triangle plot to the Windows clipboard - A floating "picking" tooltip may be now be displayed on the main plot by holding SHIFT - Fix for v1.0.3 VShale auto scaling change - Fixed unit unit conversion issues caused by incorrect use of "Distance" measurement, rather than the correct "Geographical Distance" measurement - Statistics are now generated for the entire Triangle plot range, rather than the current range visible in the Triangle window - Fixed issue where permeability log pane did not update after clearing the log in the Settings dialog - Fixed issue where VShale log colors when scaling was applied to a log using the Ratio template - Fixed issue where resetting panes & legends failed to reposition legends that were at a negative Y location v1.0.3 (Sep 2020) ----------------- - VShale logs using Percent measurement but incorrectly containing Ratio values are now automatically scaled v1.0.2 ------ - NOTE: Triangle objects saved using this version will not load in previous versions - Incorrect juxtaposition plot when manual depth range specified in growth fault mode - Incorrect shale bed plot if recalculation is performed when throw offset specified - Boundary indicators for well logs fail to show in growth fault mode - Incorrect log values shown in status area when throw offset specified - Added new "VShale Footwall+Hangingwall" calculation method - Added overlay mask for stretched/growth fault mode - Scaled logs now map colors correctly - Window settings can now be saved as default and applied to multiple windows - New color and line thickness options for contours and pick lines - Stretched/growth fault plot initial log offset value now at zero throw, min depth - Juxtaposition hangingwall shale beds now correctly rendered using hangingwall beds - Throw range may now be specified in the "Data Ranges" Triangle model tab v1.0.1 ------ - A manual depth range can now be chosen interactively by dragging vertically in the Triangle window - With split-log mode active, the throw cutoff can now be set by dragging horizontally in the juxtaposition pane - VShale log is now shown at full range (0-1 ratio, 0-100 percent). This setting can be changed in the Window settings dialog - Statistics are now calculated for entire data range, rather than the range represented by current zoom and/or pan. This matches T7 Triangle behaviour - Fix: Top and base beds failed to render if they lay partly outside the plot depth range - Fix: Plot resolution resulting in a depth delta of less than one meter resulted in low resolution output. This has been fixed for the one-well case and we will be fixed for stretched and two-well cases in a future release - Fix: help now launches correctly when plugin is installed on a network disk - Fix: Replotting after attribute, calculation setting or division change no longer resets the view - Fix: Discrete SGR plot now correctly bases calculations on bed values rather than curve values - Fix: plots based on stretched well were incorrect due to an ommission when creating stretched curves
